What does Codebase Engineering do?

We build engineering calculation and project management software for the process and structural engineering sector. Our current products are TankCode 650 (API 650 storage tank design) and IsoMetrics (piping isometric management). Both are web-based platforms that replace spreadsheets with code-compliant, auditable workflows.

Who are your products designed for?

Our tools are designed for structural and process engineers at EPC contractors, oil and gas operators, inspection agencies, and engineering consultancies. TankCode 650 is used by engineers doing API 650 tank design; IsoMetrics is used by piping and document control teams managing isometric drawings on large projects.

Is TankCode 650 a standalone product?

Yes. TankCode 650 is a fully independent product with its own product site at tankcode650.com. It is available for trial and subscription directly through that site. Codebase Engineering is the parent company that owns and develops it.

When will IsoMetrics be available?

IsoMetrics is currently in beta. We are onboarding select projects for early access. If you are interested in using it on an upcoming project, contact us and we will discuss your requirements and timeline.

Can Codebase Engineering build custom software for our organisation?

Do your products support international design standards?

Yes. TankCode 650 supports API 650 (11th, 13th, 14th Editions), seismic standards ASCE 7-10, ASCE 7-16, IS 1893 Part-2, wind loading per IS 875 and ASCE 7. IsoMetrics is standard-agnostic by design — it works with any project regardless of design code jurisdiction.
